我是一位於澳洲發展的咖啡師、拉花競賽選手與咖啡教育者,擁有多年精品咖啡工作與競賽經驗。
從日常咖啡出品到專業競賽舞台,在奶泡控制、萃取理解與比賽實戰中,建立了深厚且系統化的技術基礎。
深刻認知到阿德雷德的咖啡教育資源相差大城市太多,尤其是由華人引領的教育系統
這些經歷,成為 Zone Coffee Institute 的核心。
我創立這個平台,是為了幫助更多咖啡師與懷抱咖啡夢想的朋友,建立穩定且專業、並能應對實戰的技術。

Zone is an Australian-based barista, latte art competitor, and coffee educator with years of experience working in specialty cafés and competing on professional stages.
From daily coffee service to national-level competitions, Zone has developed a deep understanding of milk, extraction, and performance under pressure.
These experiences shaped the foundation of Zone Coffee Institute.
Zone created this institute to help baristas and coffee dreamers build stable, professional, and competition-level skills — not only to create beautiful coffee, but to grow with confidence and clarity in their coffee journey.
